The ticket below is for a Club Stand Vehicle Pass Only. Normal show entry costs apply to people within the vehicles participating in these displays (£15 per adult and children aged 15 and over, children under 15 enter free).

Attendee Rules:
The Club Display is approached from the South Kilworth entrance, you will not be allowed in through any other entrance.
You MUST display your vehicle pass from the rear-view mirror BEFORE you reach the showground. This enables marshals to identify vehicles clearly and prevents vehicles from being stopped unnecessarily. Any vehicle not displaying their pass will not be allowed into main showground and will need to park in the public car park.
All participants MUST be prepared to leave their vehicle in this area until 4.00pm and must also vacate the site by 7.30pm. Entry to the show commences from 8.00am- 11.00am. There will be no entry to the club display area outside of these times. Please remember the club display area is an integral part of the show so leaving early detracts from the enjoyment of other visitors that come to enjoy the displays.
All participants must abide by the general site rules. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the event.

Vehicle movement other than to and from the club plot on arrival and departure is strictly prohibited. This is a public event and for this reason movement of vehicles is strictly controlled.
All participants in the displays should note that vehicles are displayed entirely at the owners’ risk and neither the Leicestershire and Warwickshire VW Owners’ Club nor Stanford Hall accept any liability for actions beyond their control.
