Every year it seems like we need to start organising the meet earlier!

This year, it’s actually essential as we’ve had to pull the date forward by over a month.

That’s it, that’s all you need to know.

Just turn up, pay for parking (£TBC) and spend the day looking at the cars and wandering round the three huge museums.

There will be a limited number of “Sponsored” parking spots available on the day. These spots are free and will be offered out by the non-committee on a case by case basis. We’ll be issuing them to friends of the club, guests and anything out of the ordinary.

The usual idiocy. Looking at cars, a few prizes and everything you’d expect.

Club favourite – Tom from Dreadnought will be taking a break this year (he’ll be there with order forms and catalogues, but no stand) so you’ll still be able to chew his ear and buy stuff but he’ll have the chance to wander round and see everything, something we on the non-committee started doing a few years ago as we realised we were missing out!

There’ll be more going on, and we’ll update closer to the time.

Over the past couple of years, the campsite has become the hub of the weekend. This year, we’ll be staying at Ted’s Campsite, about four miles from Cosford

We’ll be on-site from early afternoon on Friday 7th until the morning of Sunday 9th.

If you’re thinking of staying, it’s always best to let us know as we need to keep the site updated. You can also let us know if you’re needing hook-up (available at extra cost).

Costs are:

Pitch – £20 per night (for 2 people)

Pitch – £15 per night (solo)

Children under 4 – Free

Children 5-14 – £5

Dogs – £1.50

Gazebos – £5

Electric Hook Up – £8 (must be booked in advance)
